- Great for children 8 and under
- Full daily timetable of hands-on events
- Buckets of indoor and outdoor play areas
Over 20 years’ experience! Farmer Palmer’s team understand the needs of parents and grandparents with young children. This award winning farm park in the beautiful Dorset countryside is designed specifically for children aged 0-8 years.
There are low level handwashing facilities, plenty of toilets/baby changing areas, wide pathways for push chairs/wheel chairs and free parking (or if you’re coming by bus; there’s a stop right at the end of the drive).
The full daily timetable has different animal activities every half hour and there’s a mix of dedicated and natural play areas for little ones to burn off energy. The whole park has been developed with education, entertainment and safety in mind. See the cows being milked, bottle/hand feed lambs and goat kids, tickle a pig, groom a pony, cuddle a guinea pig . . . there’s so much to see and do, whatever the weather!
The knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic team are ready to give you a warm welcome and here to help throughout your day. Home cooked lunch meals are served in the Hen House restaurant, plus a wide range of sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold drinks and delicious homemade cakes and biscuits. Plus there’s a gift shop for the children to spend their pocket money or for the grown-ups to pick up a souvenir.
