Where your Data is Stored

Your data is stored by our web hosting company 1&1 Internet Limited. As part of their hosting, the information you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside of the European Union. Like most websites, we use Google’s suite of analytic tools to track user interaction. This information helps us understand how many people are using our website, what pages and posts they are looking at, how they found our website and their journey whilst on our website. Google does record such personal information as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating systems, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Should you leave a comment on our website, this information is stored within our website until such time this is deleted.

If you contact us via our Contact Us page, none of this data will be stored by our website. The information provided will be collated in to an email and sent directly through to us by email.

When you sign up to our email marketing your data is stored in Mailchimp. We use the MailChimp platform, provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp, a State of Georgia limited liability company, for our email marketing. The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a/ Mailchimp has staff based outside the EEA, and stores your data in the US. Granicus is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework. When you purchase a Places to Go attraction through our website we work with our partner, Hospitality Line Limited on selected attractions (see our Terms and Conditions for more information) , so will share with them your name, email address and basket details. Hospitality Line Limited are based within the EU and therefore subject to the EU-GDPR guidelines. The data is shared within the Hospitality Line Group but does not transfer data out of the EEA. How Long your Data is Stored for

Any personal data you share with us will be kept for as long as it necessary for us to complete the function for which is was supplied. There is no one specific time-frame for all pieces of data but rest assured it will not be kept for longer than reasonably necessary.
